Description Of Goods
We will do our best to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy. All sizes quoted are approximate. The illustrations of colours and covers are representative only. We make every effort to ensure that colours are as close as possible to the actual colours; however there may be slight variations due to the nature of the medium.
Your debit or credit card is charged for the total amount when the order is created. The sale will be submitted for processing as soon as you click on the “confirm” button. You will then receive an email from us to confirm the sale, availability of the product, and expected average delivery date.
Payments on 3for3.ie are made through our secure third party payment gateway Stripe. The Stripe payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, Stripe Payments is a leading European payment service provider, with offices in Dublin, London and Paris. The transfer of the credit card details from 3for3 to Stripe is encapsulated using encryption and digitally-signed protocol to ensure that the information passed is 100% secure and tamper-proof.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of refusing or by reason of unwinding, or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
All prices are in Euro (€), and are payable in Euro (€). All prices listed include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the Republic of Ireland standard rate of 23%. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be increased or decreased including any alterations to VAT.
It is a priority for us that your goods arrive safely. The high standard that 3for3 prides itself on is always carried through in the delivery service that we offer. We deliver Nationwide in Ireland. A delivery charge applies to all home deliveries, prices will vary depending on delivery location, and additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special attention. The checkout page will show the correct charge for your location. A re delivery charge will be imposed if no one is at home to accept delivery. 3for3 must be advised of all cancellations of booked deliveries at least twenty four hours before a scheduled delivery.
Delivery dates and stock due dates do not form part of any contract with us and we cannot be held liable for any losses whether direct or indirect if your order is delayed or not delivered by any dates that may have been given by us. Delivery lead time may vary depending on the products ordered.
Delivery can be expected between 5-7 days from date of purchase. This is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster.
Customers must report any damages i.e. scratches, dents, chips, tears, soiling etc. within 24 hours of delivery. It is important that each item is carefully and thoroughly inspected by you or your authorized agent immediately upon delivery. 3for3 will not be responsible for any damage not reported within 24 hours.
3for3 takes pride in the products and service it offers. While we carefully advise you of the manufacturer’s reputation, quality and design, the actual choice and selection is the customer’s responsibility. We warrant that all merchandise will be delivered in a condition which meets the standards set by the manufacturers.
We do not offer free returns on furniture items. A re-stocking charge for saleable goods returned will apply. This charge will be notified to you at the point of agreement to accept the return on 3for3 part. This returns option is only available up to 14 days after purchase. We are unable to refund or exchange damaged or imperfect goods where imperfection was identified to you prior to purchase. We will replace damaged goods on presentation once this has been agreed by the manager. All returns must be accompanied by proof of payment. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition. Giftware returns can be made direct with proof of payment for exchange or credit. This must be done within 28 days of purchase. Giftware returns for refund only within 7 days of purchase, the refund will be given in the method of initial payment.
Credit notes will be issued for returned items in saleable quality. This credit will be valid for 6 months ONLY. The credit cannot be extended outside this date.
Order Acceptance Policy
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services Team. The sales contract is therefore completed in Republic of Ireland. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking (unless otherwise stated), or your place cannot be guaranteed. Should a course that you have chosen is fully booked, please let us know and we will place you on a waiting list and will contact you if a cancellation occurs.

Should you the need to cancel your attendance at a course, please inform us as soon as possible. The following cancellation policy applies:
• Cancellation 7 Days prior to course starting - full refund.
• Cancellation between 2 and 7 Days - payment transferred to another class.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours – no refund available
Health And Safety
In the interests of both health and safety, you are advised to wear appropriate clothing, including low-heeled shoes with a non-slip sole. 3for3 shall be under no liability whatsoever, for any loss, injury or damage to students or their property, whether in respect of any neglect, act or omission by the school, or its employees. If a student is considered to be unsuitable for any reason, the student may be required to leave, either immediately or within a specified time.
